Content is provided by West Zone as a convenience to its customers and the general public. Please browse these terms & conditions before using them. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with www.newwestzone.com website (the “Service”) operated by New West Zone Supermarket LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the website.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Products once purchased can be exchanged/returned only at the same outlet from where it was originally purchased.

Exchange/Return can be done within 7 days of purchase along with the Original Purchase Receipt/Cash Memo & Original packaging.

Exchange/Return are not accepted on Promotional & Sale items.

Returns for the following categories are not accepted due to Quality, Hygiene & Safety guidelines:

Exchange/Refund due to Quality concern of opened products should be addressed to Store Manager within 7 days of purchase along with Original Purchase Receipt/Cash Memo. Cash Refund is done only for Cash Payment. Refund against Gift Voucher is not applicable.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

To provide the best offers, We at West Zone constantly update our offerings on products. The products available in our supermarket and online platforms may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information about the price of the products as advertised in our promotional materials and on digital/social platforms.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications and availability. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
